The project is driven by 3 main ideas: 1-modular residential units that the tenants can add more units to achieve a larger home.
2- a vertical shared space for the tenants that starts from the ground floor until the roof.
3 – ecolopes system – a net envelope that wraps the building and inhabit bird species
