Netanya central station

An urban studio dealing with the new central station of Netanya as an integrated complex with a bus terminal, commerce, employment and residences.
The first move was to raise the bus terminal above ground level to allow as much commerce as possible on the ground floor. Then the combination of 3 building types that conduct a dialogue between them and create an interesting urban composition.
